It’s a good idea to research your food before you eat it. You can learn more

about what you’re eating and make better food choices.

average of 30 or more insect fragments and one or more rodent hairs per 100

grams of peanut butter.

warehouse for months.

You get to know where your food came from, how and what it was grown

with, and if it’s really good to eat.

Smaller farms probably won’t use all the disgusting chemicals and gross

production tactics that larger factories do.
