REFLECTION ON THIS TOPIC

• In this chapter we discussed on the microorganisms that caused food spoilage. The food can be classified to perishable, non perishable or semi perishable. There are many factors that leading to the spoilage of food which are intrinsic factor and extrinsic factor.
