The RELEVANT PICTURES LOGO fades in.

OPEN ON:

REBECCA SOMERVILLE sits in the passengers seat of a smallgrey sedan in the parking lot of a service station. She is

texting furiously. She throws down the phone in anger beforelooking into the rear-view mirror, where an orange sedansits conspicuously unattended. The drivers door suddenlyopens and JAYDEN TUBBS slumps into the seat and starts thecar.

REBECCANot going to fuel up?

JAYDENNah. Cheap day is Wednesday.

REBECCA

But I thought you were nearlyempty?

JAYDENI like to live dangerously.

Jayden pulls the car out of the station. Behind them, withnobody visible to the naked eye, the orange sedan blaresinto life, headlights blazing towards the screen.

CUT TO:

The sedan makes its way through the empty streets on the

outskirts of the city. They begin to climb up the largehills, with a sign saying Kalamunda - a family communityshining on the side of the road.

MAYOR (V/O)I can assure you...and all yourlisteners...that the Shire ofKalamunda is a safe place to livein...and growing safer by the...

Jayden clicks the radio off and looks out the window,unimpressed as the city lights fade away.

JAYDENKalamunda. Huh. I dont see whyanyone would bother living all theway out here.

Rebecca narrows her eyes and looks out of the side window.

REBECCAHey...what is that?

CUT TO BLACK

A womans screaming rings out through the darkness.

REBECCA (CONTD)(yelling)

Jayden, help! Hurry up!

CUT TO:

Jayden and Rebecca helping a shadowy old figure into theback of the car. A set of headlights slowly appears in thedistance.

JAYDENWhat the hell is her problem?

REBECCAWeve got to get her to a hospital!

JAYDENTo a fucking asylum, more like.

The headlights grow closer and closer as Jayden hops backinto the drivers seat. They stop right behind the sedan,blinding everyone.

JAYDEN (CONTD)Go around, asshole.

A revving sound can be heard in the blinding light and awomans scream rings out.

FLASH -

A large SUV chasing the sedan down the hill at high speed.

FLASH -

The SUV slamming into the back of the SUV with Rebeccalooking back, screaming.

FLASH -

Jayden, standing in the middle of the road and covered inblood, watching as a pair of headlights get closer andcloser...

CUT TO - INT. SEDAN

Rebecca and Jayden look across the road at the SUV, parkedacross the opening to a road. A masked figure rises andholds a piece of paper up to the window.

JAYDENWhat does it say?

REBECCADont stop the car...

The SUV bursts to life and the engine roars.

FADE TO BLACK

Rebecca screams.
