Looking for somewhere different and unique for your wedding? Why not take a look at The Whitwell and Reepham Station. Come and see what our site can offer. On your magical day you can arrive by car, diesel train or even a stream train for that big entrance! We have a marquee that can hold seventy guests for a intimate wedding breakfast and over one hundred and fifty for your evening functions. Our wedding co-ordinator Lesley can help you with your wedding worries, with advice from the biggest concern to the smallest details. We can help to arrange: flowers, cakes, entertainment, photographers, caterers, menus and a lot more. If this sounds like the place you want to spend your magical day then contact Lesley (please see

below for details) to arrange a meeting to discuss your magical day. The wedding pricing starts from £1000 which includes the Marquee with extended licence until midnight, tables and chairs (with covers) for seventy people, reception drink, cutlery and plates, background music, the Wedding Organiser, and of course the bar staff. We even have a camp site available if required. Other options are available at extra cost.

Weddings !your special day


Want a venue for your birthday party or celebration? Our marquee is ideally suited for the occasion, with built in heating, disco and bar what else do you need! The marquee can cater for about one hundred and fifty people with a dance floor and tables - we can even organise the catering if you wish with prices for an adult (over 25’s) party starting from £250 for the whole day from 10am to 10pm. which gives you the marquee and background music and bar staff and a dedicated coordinator. An extended licence is available at extra cost, as well as a full Disco and catering. Children’s parties (under 14’s) are also available for £50. For these parties the marquee is segmented off and you can have that area for 4 hours - bring your own food and drink if you wish (although the bar will be open), all the children get a free train ride as well. Your a busy person, but want to hold a meeting or conference, just contact us and we will take the worry out of organising everything. Our prices start from £150 for a half day hire of the marquee which can seat up to one hundred and fifty people, we have a bar in the marquee and can serve tea and coffee (or something stronger! if needed), we can also organise caterers if required. Hire of half the Marquee during the Day We will rope off the area and supply chairs and tables.

The customer supplies food, plates, cake, entertainment etc, we can supply background music if you let us have a CD or memory stick with the music on.

Bar will be open. All the children get a free train ride.

Entertainment can be provided during the week if required other rates are available during the evening and weekend. !Conference or Meeting From £150

Seating for up to 150 in conference style or around tables with top table provided for half a day - includes Bar Staff. !Adult Party or Celebration from £200
