Overview
Introduction GCE unknowns: N0, N0, etc.
Calculate N0 for trapped bosons within TDL assuming fixed N
Calculate corresponding N0
Plots of N0, f0, and f1 needed for HFA
N=200
N=2000
Summary and Outlook
• TDL and SCA agree for N>>1• It is essential to consistently determine Tc
• Restricting to fixed N does not describe the photon BEC experiment correctly. The „grand-canonical“ reservoir needs a more realistic description e.g. the one given by Weitz group.• Fixing N will result in small fluctuation corrections in HFA.
