Float Switch Model 7030Mercury Free with break resistant cable
Environmentally friendly and highly durable.
The 7030 Float Switch has a uniquecounterweight system which incorpo-rates an UL approved 250 V AC / 16 Aswitch. The cable is a rugged, heavyduty, oil resistant PVC cable, which isvirtually unbreakable.

The exceptional reliability of the 7030 LevelSwitch makes it very suitable in many highlyautomated systems to provide additionalprotection against control system failures,preventing pumps from dry running etc.
Traditional mercury switches are replacedwith up-to-date environmently friendlymaterials in the 7030 Float Switch.
Features • Environmental friendly - no mercury!• The float housing is made from
polypropylene for durability.• Very reliable electromechanical contact
system - guaranteed up to 20 millionoperations.
• The changeover switch can handle loadsup to 16 A AC so a motor starter can beconnected directly.
• Delivered with 39 ft of rugged, oilresistant cable.
A hermetically sealed microswitch isactivated by a moving counterweight whenthe float changes its position in the fluid.The changeover hysteresis can be adjustedby means of a counterweight placed on thecable.
The counterweight also ensures that the7030 float switch is always correctlypositioned and makes the bend of thecable less sharp.

Price competitive and reliable system for control of levels.
General • For mounting a special bracket isavailable, which can be mounted directlyon the wall or in combination with MJKmodular fittings.
The level switch sends an alternatingvoltage to the electrodes. When the liquidconnects the electrodes, the currentrunning between these is amplified and theoutput relay is activated. Two electrodescan be connected to the unit for thedetection of one level, or three electrodes
