About  FlightStats  On-‐4me  Performance  Reports

FlightStats  on-‐4me  performance  calcula4ons  are  based  upon  data  collected  from  a  variety  of  sources  –  both  primary  and  secondary.  Our  coverage  of  any  single  airline’s  flights  varies  in  percentage  terms.  In  some  cases,  only  secondary  sources  can  be  obtained  that  represent  a  subset  of  an  airline’s  total  flight  opera4ons.    Therefore,  the  calcula4ons  represented  here  should,  in  general,  be  considered  indica4ve  of  an  airlines  performance  but  not  a  defini4ve  measure.  We  con4nue  to  work  had  to  fill  in  our  coverage  gaps.  However,  reaching  100%  coverage  will  require  the  coopera4on  of  some  airlines  that,  at  present,  are  unwilling  to  par4cipate.
