Can I buy lower carbon electricity?Yes, subject to availability, our CCLExempt product can be combined with most of our electricity products.

What other services are available with these products?Depending on your meter type, our eData services are available alongside our electricity products to help you monitor your energy usage. Ask your Account Manager for more information.

What are the other energy related charges?Typically, these charges are for the use of the wires on the network for electricity. For gas, these include the capacity element of transportation through pipelines, plus all the metering charges.

Do I have to wait until the end of my contract to fix the next one?No, you can contact us at any time to arrange your next contract, regardless of the renewal date.
