Threaded nipples

Threaded nipples could be manufactured in any dimension – suitable for according manifold. The threads can be produced according to customer requirements in dimensions DN 10, DN 15, DN 20 with assured function guarantee and related to our valve inserts. We o�er nickel-plated, chrome or brass surfaces. We use only brass from well-known manufacturers.

Valve inserts

We produce valve inserts for brass-, steel-, plastic- and stainless steel-mani-folds. All valves will be adapted according to the manifold type. In connec-tion with our thread nipples we grant the good functioning of the equip-ment. Each valve type can be supplied with DN 10, DN 15 or DN 20 thread in nickel-plated or brass version with or without pre-setting. Only highqua-lity seals according to DVGW, KIWA, KTW, Nsf and TGM-Önorm will be used. So the use in heating and sanitary installation with all types of valves is possible. Furthermore gaskets are constructed in a away to avoid �ow noise also at minimum water �ow.

Regulating valves

Also regulating valves are produced for brass-, steel-, plastic- and stainless steel-manifolds. All valves are adapted to according manifold type. In connection with our thread nipples we grant the good functioning of the equipment. Each valve type can be supplied with DN 10, DN 15 or DN 20 thread in nickel-plated or brass version. Only highquality seals according to DVGW, KIWA, KTW, Nsf and TGM-Önorm will be used. So we enable the use in heating and sanitary installation with all types of valves.

Hydraulich switcher with insulation suitable for power up to 70 kW (rise in temperature T=20 K in the primary circuit) to be connected before the distribution header. This device allows to balance hydraulically the primary circuit from the secondary circuit so giving a greater volumetric �ow in the distribution header in comparison with the �ow of the boiler. It is particularly suitable to be mounted with condensing boilers. In fact with a right setting of the boiler pump it ensures a low return water temperature (always lower than 57°C, that is the condensing temperature of the steam in the methane gas) so increasing the e�ciency of the installation.
