Activity 1
• In the past I have composed your exercise plan.
• Today, you will make up the “1st-5”
Bones
• Bones support and protect the various organs of the body, produce red and white blood cells ( to help fight germs)...

• The skin is the largest organ of the body, with a total area of about 20 square feet. The skin protects us from microbes and the elements, helps regulate body temperature.

• Muscles are soft tissues that contain PROTEIN.• How does our bodies get protein?

• Fat is one of the three main macronutrients (large) fat, carbohydrate, and protein) that you get from certain foods:

• Due to poor eating habits…
• 2 out of 3 (67%) adult people in the USA are
overweight or obese.

• As you know some fat is needed for ENERGY, CUSHIONING, AND PROTECTION.
