goal that they can obtain within the week

Students will assess their fitness gram test
Students will determine one long term fitness goal they can obtain by the end of the school year
Student will then put their long term goal on the

Week Four:Students will write down one days worth

Lunch
Snack
Dinner
snack/dessert
Then put them on the blog site
