I always think of October as the most Canadian of months with the trees turning to orange and gold, one or two frosty mornings and crisp, cool evenings. Can I ask that as the temperature has dropped, you ensure that your child is appropriately dressed, particularly when it is cold and wet. We will be going outside whenever possible and this means that sometimes there will be a chill in the air and puddles underfoot. As a school, we cannot comply with personal requests from parents fro their children not to go outside. In extreme cases where there is a medical issue that can be verified by a doctors note, students have been allowed to sit at the office. However, this does not extend to personal preference.
