Under this scheme, the invest- ment of a Rs.50,000 fixed deposit for a period of 60 months with ETI, would entitle a customer to an interest rate of 10% and a quarter sovereign gold coin. In addition, a 10% interest and a quarter sover- eign gold coin could be redeemed on fixed deposits of Rs.250,000 for a period of 15 months only. Likewise, fixed deposits of Rs.30,000 for a period of 60 months and or deposits of Rs.85,000 for a period of 15 months would be enti- tled to a gold coin, with no interest. sri Lanka Insurance Kotahena branch was recently relocated at George R. silva Mawatha in Kotahena to cater to the needs of the people of the area. The new office was opened by sri Lanka Insurance’s Managing Director /CeO Mohan De Alwis in the presence of the two chief officers of the company Ainesly J. Alles (General), Viyani Gunathilake (Administration). The senior management of sri Lanka Insurance was also present at the event.
