Today’s Second Collection The Trinity Dome, inpreparation for the 100th anniversary of the placing of thefoundation stone of the National Shrine in 2020. The Basilicaof the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception inWashington DC, is the patronal church of our nation. Thiscollection for the Trinity Dome offers all of us an opportunityto leave a lasting legacy by honoring our Catholic heritageand entrusting ourselves and our families tot he Mother ofGod.
2017 Cardinal’s Appeal Weekly Update. The goal for St.John’s is $51,000. To date we have received $29,070 from108 which is 57% of the goal. The goal for St. Charles is$6,000. To date we have received $9,200 from 48 gifts, whichis 153% of the goal. Thank you to all who have so graciouslygiven to the appeal. When a parish goes over the goal, 60%of the amount that is over will be given back to the parish.
