FirstCall it’s easy to access your account! You simply need

your account number, personal identification number*,

and a touch-tone phone.

Two Ways to Use FirstCall1. Menu Mode – This mode walks you through each

transaction until you feel comfortable using

FirstCall.

2. Expert Mode – This mode provides a faster way of

completing transactions. Initially all members will

be set up on Menu Mode. You can switch to Expert

Mode at any time. See option 75 –Change Interaction

Mode.

* Personal Indentification Number (PIN) is the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. If you are a new member after December 2, 2002 you will automatically be prompted to designate a PIN. However, for security reasons we recommend that you change your FirstCall PIN on a regular basis. See option 7 on the Main Menu.

Helpful Hints+ Press # after each menu entry.

+ Enter dollar amounts without decimals. $1,025.50

would be 102550#.

+ Enter dates as six digits. June 18, 2011 would

be 061811#.

+ To go back to the previous menu press #.

+ To go back to the Main Menu press the * button.

+ Cut off the side panel of this brochure for a

quick reference.

+ Your call will be automatically ended if no entry is

made within two minutes or if your call exceeds 10

minutes. In this brochure, you will find the list of

options for the Expert Mode and the Menu Mode.
