This will provide a humane facility for the inmates, jailers and visitors

Efficient facility will provide the BJMP savings

Scope and Limitations

The scope will focus on the analysis of the existing architectural and planning of the city jail.

The study will be limited and excludes the analysis of details, budget and costing limitations.

Assumptions

The jail will be modernized with state of the art facilities that will become model structure and representation of the BJMP vision.

Integrating effective learning environment implemented in modern schools in order to effectively rehabilitate and to educate those who are accused and convicted with minimum sentences.

Site Criteria

Site criteria was based on the BJMP Manual on Habitat, Water, Sanitation and Kitchen in Jails.

It includes size, proximity to major highways, courts and friendly forces, utilities, site development costs and spaces for future expansion

It is located in the middle of Muntinlupa which is accessible from Sn. Pedro (South), West (Las Pinas/Cavite), North (Manila)
