As this is the last day of the school year, I would like to thank all the
staff members that make each day an experience for our students. Each professional in our building is valued for their work and its im-
pact on student learning.
I would also like to thank the families that continue to support Prairie
Catholic. The school wouldn’t be the academic institution it is with-out your backing. Thank you very much. Sometimes we need to re-
member why we choose a Catholic education so I would like you toplease read the insert from Joayn Bahr with the Arlington Ladies. She
has the experience of working with our 8th Graders on their Wash-ington DC trip. She had many nice things to say about our students,
It only emphasizes how important the connection between the fami-
lies and school can be on the development of a child.Have a great summer!
The school would like to congratulate all the students for their hard
work with the Accelerated Reader program. The third highest readerin terms of words and points was Gina Sebastian with 3,066,635 wordsand 466.9 points. The second highest reader was Regina Turner with
4,417,996 words and 645.8 points. The highest reader was KendallHill with 5,674,642 words and 806.8 points! Way to go girls.

stand that these dates are tentative within a day or two. There are al-ways changes, but these starting dates are what we will be preparing
for throughout the summer. Please be aware that there will be sum-
mer emails, and mailing with information regarding the upcomingschool year. Please keep the office informed with any changes to youremail or mailing address.
