Download the Smart Cookies App! All processing fees for credit card sales at booths are covered by council! Smart Cookies enhancements for the 2020 Cookie Program provide easy management of credit card payments for booth sale purchases. Consumers are carrying less cash these days and the ability to pay by credit card is expected. It is an easy way to boost sales to help your girls and troop achieve your goals! Complete instructions on how to take credit cards via the Smart Cookies App at booth sales can be found on our website: gswny.org/cookies+

Your package donation will benefit our military and local community nonprofit organizations. Customers can donate to Cookie Share on the order form and online. $5 per package is paid at time of order. (Cookie 2020 Share patch available at GSWNY shops for $1 each.)
Smart Cookies online ordering open for business: Dec. 14 - March 29 Initial Order Taking: January 11 – February 8 (online and in-person orders) Early Recognition Reward Ends: February 8 Troop Makes Initial Payment: March 13 - 16 (extended!) Keep Goaling Orders: February 9 – March 29 Delivery: February 27-29 Direct Sales: March 1 – 29 Cupbards open: March 5 (days & times vary by location) Final Payment due: March 31 Money is collected at the time of delivery except for cookie share purchases.

Troops who average 180 packages per girl selling by February 8th will receive TWO hoodies for the leaders! These will be shipped with the early recognition girl hoodies so they can be worn during direct sales with the troop! Leader hoodie orders are due by February 9th. Watch your e-mail for details!

Troop Hoodie Incentive
Secret Shoppers will be visiting random cookie
booths during booth sales. Shoppers reward girls who
exemplify Girl Scout behavior and knowledge of the cookie program by presenting them
with this patch!

Low Shipping Rates for Direct Ship...GSWNY is again participating in a program to subsidize shipping rates for Smart Cookies Direct Ship. The consumer will see a message at the point-of-sale indicating the lower shipping cost.

Troop Experience RewardEach troop that averages 300 packages per girl selling by March 29, ALL participating girls who sold in the troop and two adults will receive a gift card to Corning Museum or Buffalo Riverworks. Corning Museum of Glass (includes gift card value towards a "make your own glass project"—sandblasting and two leader admission entries.) OR Buffalo Riverworks (includes gift card value towards activities offered at Riverworks year round. Does not include all fees for all activities. Not valid towards food/beverage.)
