Partnering with the 11th Annual Leesburg Airshow is a great way to help your business soar! Put your business in front of the event’s expected 9,000 attendees this September. The annual Leesburg Airshow, held at the Leesburg Executive Airport, provides a wonderful opportunity to see a snapshot of the general aviation world. The static display area will feature many unique, experimental and antique aircraft. Airshow exhibitors

will showcase the many facets of general aviation, such as flight training, corporate transportation and emergency rescue operations. Additionally, there will be flight schools, aviation clubs, aviation retail and other area vendors, inflatables for the kids, and festival food.

The skies above Leesburg will come alive with skydiving and aerobatic performances. The airshow announcer does a stellar job of promoting the people and businesses who make the event a possibility.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions 1. This Sponsorship Commitment form must be completed, signed, and submitted with full payment in order to receive

sponsorship benefits. 2. To be included on all marketing materials set forth in sponsorship package, logos and payment must be received by Friday,

August 14, 2020. 3. Please submit your logo in .png or .jpeg format. 4. Sponsors with an event booth space must complete and return the attached Booth Space Rules & Regs form with this

commitment form. 5. No amplified sound permitted at booth. 6. Any sponsorship levels with a booth space must have area set-up with staff present during the entire event. 7. No “In-Kind” sponsorship commitments are permitted as replacement for the paid sponsorship levels offered.

Booth Space Sponsor Rules and Regulations

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Town of Leesburg event.

This form contains the guidelines that apply to all sponsors with a booth space at one of the

Town’s events.

The Town of Leesburg’s Department of Parks and Recreation coordinates various events

throughout the year. All participating sponsors that will have a booth space at an event are

required to read, sign and submit this Event Sponsor Rules and Regulations form.

Sponsors are ambassadors of each event and shall act accordingly. Your cooperation in helping

maintain the family and community-oriented atmosphere is essential to the continued success

and enjoyment of the events here in Leesburg. Customer service is of the utmost importance to the Town of Leesburg and to our

guests. Poor customer service or complaints thereof will result in the review of a sponsor’s ability to participate in future events.

Town of Leesburg events are rain or shine. It is strongly recommended that booth sponsors bring a canopy/tent on the day of the

event.

To ensure the safety and privacy of our event guests, all participating booth space sponsors are required to:

Have the name of their company or organization affixed to their tent, table or display. The name displayed at the booth

space must match the name on the commitment form;

Stay within their booth space during the course of the event. Sponsors may not leave their space to approach/solicit

event attendees;

Protect the privacy of event attendees by agreeing to not share any personal/contact information they gather at the

event;

Obtain permission from any company from whom a giveaway or prize will be advertised at the sponsor’s booth space

at the event (for example: displaying a gift card from another company as the prize for your company’s raffle).

Participating booth space sponsors may NOT:

Use the Town of Leesburg or the event logo and/or name in any direct marketing to event attendees;

Share personal information given by attendees at any Town of Leesburg event;

Sublet their booth space, or a portion of their booth space, to any other company or organization.

Each party represents and warrants that it is free to sign on behalf of the sponsoring company or organization without violating the

rights of any person, that its trademarks do not infringe on the trademarks or trade names of any other person, and that it will comply

with all laws and regulations pertinent to its business.

This form in no way constitutes a partnership or joint venture or principal-agent relationship between the Town of Leesburg and the

sponsor.

By signing this form, you also agree to provide this information to the person or persons who will be manning your sponsorship

booth at the event.
