Please find enclosed three sets of district policies which we have recently discussed and agreedto at the Agency/Licensee Meetings.

The first titled “Visual Quality Updates and Changes”, which can be placed under the “Visual”section of your District Policy and Procedure manual.

The second titled “Free Growing Declaration”, which is an interim document and can be placedunder the Silviculture Section of your Policy and Procedure manual. This is an interimdocument until the regional procedures are set in place.

The third is the result of a sub-committee report dealing with Stand ManagementPrescription/Treatment, and backlog Silviculture Prescriptions. This can also be added to yoursilviculture section of your policy and procedure manual.
