How long have you been working at? I have been working with Fila for 10 years.

What do you love about the brand? The wide range of gym wear makes it easy for not only myself but customers to look fashionably good even when they are working out. Also they are very reasonably priced.

What is special about Uni Hill? Working here for over 6 years has allowed to me to see the centre and the Fila brand grow on this side of town. I enjoy working with not only my own staff, but I have become really good friends with workers from other stores which makes my day more enjoyable.

what is your Favourite customer experience? Favourite customer experience would be having a customer return to tell me how much they love the product and of course how much they love our customer service.

your Favourite sports star? And why? Without a doubt my favourite sports star would have to be Roger Federer. His on and off field excellence is a true testament of his character.

Favourite item from the Winter range? i am split between the Puffer jackets and the range of spray jackets. Both have been a big hit with their stylish looks and colour sequences, as well as being practical coming into the colder winter months.

top Trends to look out for this season?I would have to say sports legging or tights. we have already sold plenty of these along with our range of spray jackets.

Who are you getting behind in the World Cup?I was really hoping the Socceroos would win, but now that they are out im going for Brazil.

fila's in house Nutritionist Ashlee Zinna shares her recipe for Her Vanilla Apricot and Chocolate date protein balls.

These bite sized delights are, Easy to make and great for a healthy pre or post workout

or even as a mid morning pick me up snack!

What you'll need:200g Protein Powder chocolate flavour for the Chocolate Date Balls or vanilla flavour for the Vanilla Apricot Balls2tbsp Natural Organic Peanut Butter 2tbsp Organic Desiccated Coconut Extra Organic Desiccated Coconut for rolling .approx 5 tbsp.1 qtr cup of Water1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil at room temperature .so it's melted. EITHER:10 to 12 Organic Dates .pitted. if you want to make the Chocolate Date Balls.15 to 20 Dried Apricots .if you want to make the Vanilla Apricot Balls.

Method:Put all ingredients into a food processor and mix for 2 to 3 minutes or until all combined into a large dough ball.Remove dough ball out of food processor and break off small bits. Then, using your hands, roll into small balls or bite sized pieces.Roll the balls in the extra Organic Desiccated Coconut

This recipe makes approx. 24 bite sized Balls which can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
