Fibreglass or FRP sets the standard for

petroleum canopies. FRP is the most

durable, lightweight material on the market

today and provides retailers the very best

retail exposure with multiple ways to light

the canopy. Using high quality LED lighting,

panels can be back lit, or exterior lighting

can be concealed within the panel to provide

superior branding at night.

Fibreglass wil l not corrode over

time, unlike other materials such as

aluminum. FormaShape Composites has

produced petroleum canopies that last

for over 20 years in some of the harshest

environments. Our automotive-grade

paints carry a 10 year warranty. We only

use the highest quality materials f rom

industry leaders like BASF and 3M in our

products. Automotive grade paint gives

an unmatched shine and durability to

outdoor signage.

STRENGTH

traff ic. Having durable materials in use

throughout the forecourt is essential to

the safe and unimpeded operation of

your business. Fibreglass provides the

and crack the f ibreglass, in most

circumstances, repairs can be made

on site using locally sourced materials

Shipping Installation and Maintenance

Bring your own moulds or work with our

design team to create a look that is unique

to your brand. We’ve worked with some of the

largest petroleum companies in the world to

provide beautiful products that continue to deliver

industry leading results.

Fibreglass has the easiest and lowest cost installation of

any material. Each panel arrives with mounting hardware,

any predrilled holes and lighting systems are ready to install

on site. A typical site can be installed in about 2 days by a

2-person crew with standard installation equipment and tools.

There is no need to shut down operations during most installations.

Fibreglass is a preferred material throughout the forecourt, not just not the main canopy.

FormaShape has worked with several customers to develop pump shrouds, pylon signage,

car wash cladding and various other components within the forecourt. The durability of

f ibreglass makes it an excellent choice for high traff ic outdoor areas, and the ability to

create unique designs allows customers to ensure their brand standards are showcased.

FormaShape Composites uses only best in class LED lighting.

Lighting brings the beauty of f ibreglass to life in the evening

hours to reflect your brand standards at all times.

FRP provides a number of lighting options; backlit,

exterior channel or sections of the panel can be lit such

as a corporate logo. All of our LED lighting come

with a manufacturer warranty, control boxes and

installation instructions.

Unlike other materials, f ibreglass can be moulded with curves and angles

FS1 panel is ideal when using an exterior

band of LED lighting hidden in the

channel. This canopy provides strong

branding in your corporate colours

during daylight hours, with LED lighting

that takes over once the sun sets.

Create a canopy with backlit sections

that provide strong branding and beauty

in daylight and a bold night look. Your

corporate logo can be embedded with

a 3 dimensional look or as a flat backlit

decal on the canopy.

The FS6 canopy has a channel down

the middle of the panel that can be lit

with exterior lighting or backlight the

channel to give it an eye-catching night

presence. The FS6 prof ile has long

sweeping corners giving your station a

unique look that can’t be achieved with

other materials.
