� All packages are subject to availability. � All alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing.

Deposit Schedule� Christmas and New Year Residential Packages - a deposit of £50 is required on booking all Christmas and New Year residential packages.

� Christmas Party Nights - A deposit of £15.00 per person is required within 10 days of enquiring for all party nights. All party night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 10 days pending a deposit of £15.00 per person. Should space be limited with another party looking to pay the £15.00 deposit per person you may be requested to pay the deposit in less than 10 days.

� Wreath Making - A deposit of £15.00 per person is required within 10 days of enquiring.

� Lunch with Santa - Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

� Christmas Eve Afternoon Tea - Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

� Casino Royale New Year Ball - A deposit of £40.00 per adult is required within 10 days of enquiring for the ball (non-residents only).

Final Payments� For all events requiring a deposit, full pre-payment is due by Friday 22ndNovember 2019.� All bookings made after Friday 22nd November 2019 require full pre-payment at the time of booking.� All deposits and final payments are non refundable and non transferable.� Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.� All party night bookings will require dietary requirements and wine pre-orders 14 days prior to the event including any special dietary requirements.� No additional cost will be incurred for these meals provided they are within the cost of the meal chosen. When notification is given less than 14 days or no notice is given, an additional charge equal to 60% of the menu cost will be levied and specific menu items cannot be guaranteed.� Early bird party night wine offer is non transferable and must be consumed on the night of the party. Should a booking be cancelled the wine cannot be redeemed. � The management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers. � The management reserves the right in unusual circumstances or in case of under subscription to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.� Management reserve the right to change the artist or entertainment advertised for any of our Christmas and New Year without prior notice.� Should the entertainment be changed at any event a suitable replacement will be sourced.� Should beverages be brought into the hotel by guests attending any of the events, they will be held by the hotel management and returned to the guests after the event.� All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number.� Any outstanding accounts must be settled on departure.� The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premise whose behaviour/dress code is inappropriate. � Children under 18 years old cannot be admitted to the evening Christmas parties or New Year’s Eve event.
