• So, X's history dates back to 1904, when Amadeo Ginnini founded the Bank of Italy in ________ to serve immigrants that other banks refused to serve. After the _____ disaster, Amadeo was able to take his money from the bank and rescue his funds while the other banks were either left smoldering or had their vaults locked and unable to access. Because of this, he was able to start up a much needed lending service almost immediately after the disaster. The money was lent to anyone who wanted to rebuild and interestingly, retrieved all the cash lent over time. He bought Banca dell' Italia Meridionale in Italy and expanded his banking operations in 1922. In March 1927, Amadeo consolidated his Bank of Italy (101 branches) and branches of his other enterprises (175 branches) and formed the Bank of Italy National Trust & Savings Association with a capital of $30 mil and resources of $115 mil.

• Finally, in 1928, he merged with _____ and consolidated with his other bank holdings to create Z.

• "Y X" is the popular name of one of Z's most popular compositions dated 27 April 1810. The original autographed manuscript has been lost and the piece itself was not published until 1865.

• It is not certain who "X" was. Some scholars have suggested she was Z's fifth mistress, while others have suggested that the discoverer of the piece, Ludwig Nohl, may have transcribed the title incorrectly and the original work may have been dedeicated to a Therese Malfatti, a student of Z whom he proposed to in 1810 (She turned him down and that was quite the punch in the balls).

• Basically, he was invited to the Malfatti household for a party hosted by Therese's dad. He played a bagatelle that he had composed just for her and was about to propose but Z was quite drunk and incapable to do anything, let alone propose. All he could do was scribble Therese's name on the title page of the bagatelle but it was quite illegible and is a possible reason attributed to the name of the composition.

• Critics have compared X with Bob Marley saying that his "sound that fuses Bob marley, conscious American Hip Hop and brilliant protest poetry." His style has also been compared to Eminem, though his subject matter is very different. According to X, his work is "urgent with a message", talking about the situation in his homeland and calling for an end to the bloodshed. He moved to the United States when he was 13 and then to Toronto. His name in the Somali language means 'traveller'.

• X Limited is a tyre manufacturing company based in Mumbai, India. X is an abbreviation for ______________ (Electrical Cables and Allied Products of Turin). Founded in Italy as X Tyres by Virginio _____ Tedeschi, the company established its manufacturing in India in 1958 and was sold to Z by Virginio's heir Alberto Tedeschi (P's stepfather) in the 1970s. The company's Indian division was then taken over by RPG Enterprises in the year 1982 which also got the rights to the X brand and renamed the company as X Limited. Its tagline is "Take it on“.

• P was born in Turin, Italy, and is heiress to the fortune created by the Italian tire manufacturing company X, founded in the 1920s by her grandfather Virginio _______ Tedeschi. The company was sold in the 1970s to ______. The family moved to France in 1975, reportedly to escape the threat of kidnapping by the Red Brigades, a Marxist-Leninist terrorist group active in Italy in the 1970s. P grew up in France from age seven and attended boarding school in Switzerland. She went to Paris to study art and architecture, but left school at 19 to become a model. • Usually, in the Kansai region, eel are split open down the back, whereas in Kanto they are split open down the stomach, but in Tokyo, traditionally a martial city, unwanted associations with X caused chefs to shy away from the stomach-splitting method, with the result that eel are split open down the back here, too, in the middle of Kanto. Conversely, in Osaka, the largest city in the Kansai region, it is said that the expression "spill one's guts" led to the adoption of the stomach-splitting method. Other slight regional differences in preparation exist: for instance in Kansai eel are dressed and skewered, then roasted, but Tokyo chefs add an extra step of steaming them. Which method is better is of course a matter of personal preference, and in the end, I believe the skills and philosophy of each individual chef affect the taste more than any difference in cooking method.

• In the preparation of Eel (Unagi) in Japan, usually in the Kansai region, they are split open down the back, whereas in Kanto they are split open down the stomach, but in Tokyo, the latter method is not adopted to avoid all associations with X.

• The Nasadiya Sukta (approximately means "not the non-existent") is the 129th hymn of the 10th Mandala of the Rig Veda. It basically talks about the origin of the universe and other aspects of cosmology.

• Basically, the pada (line) 7b is considered defective because its two syllables short and it says:

• "if he has created it; or if not [..]"

• Experts say that the defect is a conscious device employed by the rishi to express his confusion of the possibility that the world may not be created.

• Another defect in the pada 7d goes like: • "he verily knows; or if he does not know [..]"

• Both Indian theology and Western philology have released large commentaries in

this body of text. Some portions of the text basically say "not the non-existent existed, nor did the existent exist then", paralleled by "then not death existed, nor the immortal".

• Because of the text, this hymn is considered the earliest forms of X.

• X was raised by her parents, Jacqueline and Clancy Bouvier. She had a pair of sisters, both of whom vocally disapproved of her husband whom she met while in detention during high school. She was at first wary, but agreed to go to the prom with him, although she went with some jackass called Artie Ziff. However, she regretted going with Artie and ended up with her husband.

• X had been unemployed for most of her life, choosing to be a homemaker. However, she had several job stints. These include working as a technician, selling houses, owning her own pretzel business and working at an erotic bakery.

• X had high morals, and has led protests against violent TV shows. She was also a prominent member of the "Citizens' Committee on Moral Hygiene." She was also a feminist in her youth (and one of the protests got her into detention in the first place).

• X also had a sensual side and appeared as a playboy playmate once.

• As her family slowly rose to fame, there were supporters and haters. One of these was Barbara Bush. X, disturbed by this reaction, wrote a letter to her. The letter has since been made public.

• Dear First Lady, I recently read your criticism of my family. I was deeply hurt. Heaven knows we're far from perfect and, if truth be known, maybe just a wee bit short from normal; but as Dr. Seuss says, "a person is a person". I try to teach my children [...] always to give somebody the benefit of the doubt and not talk badly about them, even if they're rich. It's hard to get them to understand this advice when the very First Lady in the country calls us not only dumb, but "the dumbest thing" [...]. [...] I hope there is some way out of this controversy. I thought, perhaps, it would be a good start to just speak my mind.

17 • An ethnic Okinawan immigrant to the United States, he learned karate originally from his father,

who had been a fisherman. X initially had a job working for the father of his best friend, Sato, who was also taught karate by X's father. When X fell in love with a young woman named Yukie, who was arranged to marry Sato, Sato felt dishonored by this, and challenged X to a fight to the death. To avoid the fight, X left Okinawa and emigrated to the United States.

• After leaving Okinawa, X met and married another woman, Liks Umkum. X and his wife were expecting their first born when Mrs. X was interned in the Manzanar Japanese internment camp in California during World War II. During this time, X joined the U.S. Army and received the Medal of Honor. During his service, Mrs. X and their son died in the Manzanar camp due to complications during childbirth, a loss that haunts him for decades.

• What X did in the years after the war is not clear. He eventually took up employment as a maintenance man for an apartment block. This is the point where details about him are recorded again.

• In 1985 X learnt his father was dying, and returned to Okinawa, where he was reunited with Yukie briefly. Sato relentlessly tried to goad X into a fight, but after X saved Sato from death during a typhoon, Sato relented and he and X became friends again.

• He is known to have moved into the business of selling bonsai trees.

• Consider again that ___. That's here, that's home, that's us. On it everyone you

love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives.

• The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

• The term "X" comes from a Vulgar Latin adverb: for instance, in the expression ___ loqui, "to speak in Roman" (that is, the Latin vernacular), contrasted with latine loqui, "to speak in Latin" (Medieval Latin, the conservative version of the language used in writing and formal contexts or as a lingua franca), and with barbarice loqui, "to speak in Barbarian" (the non-Latin languages of the peoples that conquered the Roman Empire). From this adverb the noun X originated, which applied initially to anything written in the Roman vernacular.

• The word X with the modern sense has the same origin. In the medieval literature of Western Europe, serious writing was usually in Latin, while popular tales, often focusing on human aspects and relations, were composed in the vernacular and came to be called "X".

• X is considered the reason it became acceptable to display graphic violence on screen. Until X, there were no overtly violent scenes in mainstream cinema.

• Although X received an x rating at the time of release, it has since been dumbed down to a '15' rating.

• The defining 45 second scene of X took about a week to film due to equipment being damaged by water and general difficulty in filming in a small area. The director was also forced to lie to the censor board regarding some of the specifics to ensure it was passed.

• The X, traditionally, takes place during the sixteen days up to and including the first Sunday in October. In 1994, the schedule was modified in response to reunification so that if the first Sunday in October falls on the 1st or 2nd, then it will go on until October 3 (German Unity Day). Thus, it is now 17 days when the 1st Sunday is October 2nd and 18 days when it is October 1st. In 2010, it lasts exceptionally until the first October Monday, to mark the 200 year jubilee of the event. X is held on an area named the Theresienwiese (field, or meadow, of Therese), often called Wiesn for short.

• For the general medical treatment of visitors the Bavarian branch of German Red Cross operates an aid facility and provides emergency medical care on the grounds, staffed with around 100 volunteer medics and doctors per day. They serve together with special detachments of police, fire department and other municipal authorities in the service center at the Behördenhof (authorities' court), a large building specially built for the X at the east side of the Theresienwiese, just behind the tents. There is also a place for lost & found children, a lost property office, a security point for women and other public services.

• Since 1950, there has been a traditional festival opening: A twelve gun salute and the first tapping at 12:00 by the incumbent Mayor with the cry "O' zapft is!"

up after about a week. He is Indian, has mystical powers and can summon "Demon Hipster Chicks" at will.

• 2. Lucas Lee is Ramona's second evil ex-boyfriend, a pro skateboarder turned movie star (and a "sell out").

• 3. Todd Ingram is Ramona's third evil ex-boyfriend. He is a bass player for the Clash at Demonhead. He has special "vegan-based" psychic powers (although he is secretly consuming non-vegan foods). He is arrogant, narcissistic, uncaring, and a habitual liar. He dates Envy, his childhood love, but cheats on her repeatedly with Lynette, the band's drummer, as well as with other girls.

• 4. Roxanne "Roxie" Richter is Ramona's fourth evil ex and her former college roommate. She is a "half-ninja" and an accomplished fine artist, who taught Ramona much of what she knows in terms of her ninja abilities and subspace. Roxie has an inferiority complex over her "half-ninja" background, as well as her figure.

• 5. & 6. Kyle & Ken Katayanagi are Ramona's fifth and sixth evil ex-boyfriends, a pair of Japanese twins who often finish each other's sentences. The pair are "expert roboticists" who summon robots to fight X. They vowed to work together closely once the pair realized Ramona had been cheating on them with each other.

• 7. Gideon Gordon Graves is the 7th evil ex-boyfriend, the series' main antagonist and the leader of the League of Ramona's Evil Ex-Boyfriends and suggested to be Ramona's boyfriend previous to X, in New York City. He is the owner of "The Chaos Theater" (A reference to EarthBound), in NYC and "GGG Heavy Industries," which is opening "Chaos Theater Toronto".

• One of the earliest known references to this myth appears in a letter

written in 1754 by the English antiquary William Stukeley. Stukeley wrote that, "This (...) makes a considerable figure upon the terrestrial globe, and may be discerned."

• X is a maximum 9.1 m (30 ft) wide, and is about the same color as the soil surrounding it. Based on the optics of resolving power (distance versus the width of the iris: a few millimeters for the human eye, meters for large telescopes) only an object of reasonable contrast to its surroundings which is 70 mi (110 km) or more in diameter (1 arc-minute) would be visible to the unaided eye. The apparent width of the X from the moon is the same as that of a human hair viewed from 2 miles away. To see the X would require spatial resolution 17,000 times better than normal (20/20) vision.

• X is an American franchise. It is owned and operated by Doctor's Associates, Inc. (DAI). X is one of the fastest growing franchises in the world with approximately 33,246 outlets in 92 countries/territories as of August 15, 2010.

• Doctor's Associates was founded by Fred De Luca and Peter Buck in 1965, when they opened the first X. The sole purpose of this company is overseeing the X chain. The term "Doctor's Associates" was chosen due to Peter Buck having a Ph.D.

• Fred De Luca borrowed $1,000 from family friend Haydee Piñero and Peter Buck to start his first shop in 1965, when he was only 17 years old. He was trying to raise money to pay for college. On the radio advertisement they had promoted the name as Pete's ____, which sounded like "Pizza Marines", so they changed the name to "Pete's ____"; eventually it adopted the "X" name and they decorated the store with maps of the New York City ___; a theme that continues to this day.

• The traditional Snellen chart is printed with eleven lines of block letters.

• The symbols on achart are formally known as "optotypes". In the case of the traditional Snellen chart, the optotypes have the appearance of block letters. They are not, however, letters from any ordinary typographer's font.

• Only the ten Sloan letters C, D, E, F, L, N, O, P, T, Z are used in the traditional Snellen chart.

• On 19 August 2010 the Daily Mail reported that there was a legal dispute progressing between an unnamed publisher and the BBC over some publishing plans. It stated that the dispute surrounded X's dissatisfaction at being unable to exploit his fame, and earning an estimated £5,000 and £10,000 per show, compared to six and seven figure earnings by the others. It described the situation as incredibly tense, with Y said to be deeply upset, and with show insiders fearing that X could either quit the show, or be fired.

• The publisher was confirmed to be HarperCollins when legal action was confirmed to have commenced under the High Court in London on 23 August, as the BBC sued the publisher for an attempt to profit from the unauthorised use of ___, maintaining that it would spoil viewers' enjoyment of the show. The publisher responded, stating "We are disappointed that the BBC has chosen to spend licence fee payers' money to suppress this book and will vigorously defend the perfectly legitimate right of this individual to tell his story".

• On 1 September 2010 after a day and a half of hearings, the case concluded, with the judge finding against the BBC, refusing to grant an injunction blocking the publication. In reporting the judgement, the BBC News revealed the proposed book was to be called The Man in the White Suit, and was indeed to be about Z. HarperCollins confirmed that the reasons for declining the injunction were to be given by the judge later, in a private judgement.
