Process:

● Soak sunflower seeds and flax seeds overnight for 8-24 hours. The sunflower seeds should be soaked in about 1 cup of pure water, while the flax should be soak in no more than ½ cup of water.

● Drain soak water for sunflower seeds and use with plants, rather your own, or those within your neighborhood. The flax should not need any draining, and the water will be mucilaginous. You should now have around 1 cup of sunflower seeds, and ¼ - ½ cup flax.

● Using your one cup of Starter Liquid, be it coconut water kefir, rejuvelac, or something else, combine and leftover cheese from a previous batch if you have it and blend or stir until the liquor is thicker and the cheese “dissolved”. If not, then just combine the liquid, Sole Salt, Magnesium, Fulvic Acid, Mineral Powders, Coconut Oil, and flax in a blender

and let it blender for 10-15 Seconds. After this is done, add the soaked sunflower seeds and blend once again for 30 Seconds.

● Pour the contents of the cheese in a mason jar and cover tightly. Let sit in a warm, dark place fr 14 - 24 hours or more. Where you see a lot of decent-sized bubbles, it is ready for the next stage.

● At this point, you can choose to eat it, or you can do this final step. Using a Sprout Bag, or any organic bag material (cotton, cheesecloth), pour the cheese contents in the bag and hang it over a bowl. The bowl will catch the liquid cheese “whey”, which should be preserved for further cheese making, as it is a highly-potent starting agent full of nutrients and beneficial bacteria. Let sit for 24 hours or more, whatever you like.

● The quantities here are placed as daily servings, so if you want to make more, just multiply it in the proportions you want. If you use 1 cup of sunflower seeds, all ingredients are doubled, or tripled for 1 ½ cups, or quadrupled for 2 cups, etc.,.

● In addition, one does not have to use the ingredients above. However, remember that with ferments, all ingredients become living, raw food. So including calcium powder actually transforms it into a raw, living mineral complex, or a vital mineral (vita-min). This principle is the same with compost, where individuals will often add inorganic mineral powders such as Azomite, and when added to a bene-bacterial soil medium, or to a compost heap, the bacteria transform the inorganic minerals in the Azomite into vital, biological nutrition complexes.

● This recipe sounds extremely weird, and the cheese probably looks even weirder. However, it takes quite a bit like refried beans, and even the minerals give a hearty, Earthy texture that doesn’t even seem possible.
