To Whom It May Concern: RE: Mr. Ferdinand (Ferdie) Cruz I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Cruz from: March 10, 2014 to March 31, 2016. During this period I had many chances to observe his work; these are my opinions regarding Mr. Cruz: Throughout his tenure with Protek Automotive Products Inc, (PAPI) Ferdie worked diligently, and was adept at managing through shifting priorities as market and business conditions dictated. His strategic and tactical skill-set relative to business management and personnel management allowed PAPI the ability to continue ongoing business while concurrently being sold to Curt Manufacturing, LLC. Ferdie demonstrated the ability to work effectively at various levels of the organization. In his position Ferdie routinely interacted with the most senior leaders of the business, while also conducting day-to-day business with managers and team members at both PAPI and its sister company Towing Electrical Systems Inc. In his capacity as General Manager, Protek Automotive Products Inc, Ferdie was responsible for Production, Production Process, Personnel and Financial Results.
