What is OSSTF/FEESO?
OSSTF/FEESO is a trade union
made up of teachers and education
workers, as defined under the
Labour Relations Act.
The primary job of any union is member protection.

• While a Teacher Candidate, if allegations are made
against you, contact your Faculty Advisor.
• Once you become a statutory (dues-paying) member,
if asked by the principal to attend a meeting that is or
may be of a disciplinary nature, simply say “I will
attend as soon as my union representative is
available to accompany me.”
