Trash Compactor- There will be times when the trash compactor is not working as has happened recently. However, when the compactor is in working order, do not place any trash bags or furniture, etc on the ground in front of it. You must open the door and throw the bag into the compactor so that it goes down the chute. We find that some people do not want to open the door or are in a hurry so the just throw their trash down. Please do not do this. We do go through these bags and will charge a $25 fee for leaving trash like this when the compac-tor is working.

Pets- We are a pet friendly community. However, we require that every pet is leashed and the owner pick up after their pet every time they are outside of the apartment. No one wants to have to step in or smell pet waste on the grounds. There is a $25 fee for owners who do not pick up after their pets. If you see someone not picking up, please let us know who they are.

Parking- Gone are the days where people only drove one vehicle; we understand

that. However, we want every resident to be able to park near their building. Residents are only to park in a designated parking space. Please help us by re-moving any inoperable vehicles, those without proper tags, etc. Move unused vehicles to areas that are less congested. Only those with handicap stickers/hangers are allowed to park in a handicap space. Please also do not park mov-ing trailers and pods without discussing it with the leasing office. Vehicles that are parked illegally are subject to being towed to Rahn’s Towing Service.

Late Fee’s– As a reminder, late fees ($100) begin on the 4th of every month.

As stated in your lease any resident late more than two (2) times during a lease term, that resident forfeits the concession for the current month and for the remainder of the lease term.

We certainly just want everyone to enjoy the community and all that it has to offer. Helping us with these items will go a long way in making that happen!
