Feb. 16, 2018: NORTH AMERICA TO HONG KONG [IFM] Flight to Hong Kong.

Feb. 17, 2018: HONG KONG [IFM/D] Arrive Hong Kong and transfer to hotel on the Kowloon side of harbour for 2-night stay.

Feb. 18, 2018: HONG KONG [B/L/D] Depart this morning for a half-day Hong Kong Island tour. Start with a ride up to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the surrounding islands. Then pass by picturesque Repulse Bay as you proceed to the famous fishing village of Aberdeen to see the floating community – still very much a part of Hong Kong’s society. Visit Stanley Market where you can pick up great bargains or just browse. Lunch at the famous Jumbo Floating Restaurant then return to your hotel in the early afternoon for the rest of the day at your leisure.

Feb. 19, 2018: HONG KONG ~ HANOI, VIETNAM [B/D] Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then transfer to the airport for your flight to Hanoi, Vietnam. On arrival in Hanoi, transfer to the hotel for a 2-night stay. The rest of the day at your leisure. Enjoy Welcome Dinner and the Water Puppet Show this evening.

Feb. 20, 2018: HANOI, VIETNAM [B/L] Drive to the outskirts of Hanoi and visit an agricultural market where local farmers will show you their vegetables as well as visit their houses. Return to Hanoi for lunch then visit the imposing marble edifice housing the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his wooden stilt house plus Ba Dinh Square. You then take a one-hour cyclo tour of Hanoi’s Old Quarter allows you to catch a glimpse of ancient Hanoi and learn about traditional Vietnamese architecture.

Feb. 21, 2018: HANOI / NINH BINH, VIETNAM [B/L] This morning you tour Ninh Binh – 120 km from Hanoi. Visit Hoa Lu -This is the old capital of Vietnam in 10th century. Visit the temples of King Dinh & King Le. Drive through the villages with the rice fields. Lunch with local foods. Boat ride on Ngo Dong river through the rice fields and 03 natural caves – called Tam Coc. It also called as Halong in land. Back to the city in the afternoon. Enjoy the evening at leisure.

Feb. 22, 2018: HANOI / HALONG BAY [B/L/D] Visit a wholesale fruit and flower market this morning then transfer to Halong Bay where to board a luxury “Junk” (boat) for a one night cruise. You are welcomed on board to enjoy lunch while cruising past islets and fishing villages. Anchor at the Dark and Bright Caves and explore these caves by bamboo boats, then continue cruising in Lan Ha Bay and anchoring in Ho Dong Tien. Enjoy a cooking demonstration to discover the Vietnamese cuisine before being served an elegant dinner. Relax this evening; Beauty Spa services, drink service available or night time fishing. Overnight on board.

Feb. 23, 2018: HALONG BAY, VIETNAM [B/L/D] Start the day with Tai Chi session on deck and coffee with assorted homemade pastries. Pack lightly; swimwear and a set of clothes. Towels will be provided. As there are different activities during the day please bring both shoes and flip-flops. Transfer to the “Day Boat” and cruise some of Bai Tu Long Bay’s more Untouched Locales. Exact locations depend on tide conditions. Enjoy a leisurely day of Sightseeing and Swimming. A multi- course Lunch will be served mid-day. Return to Victory boat and anchor for overnight at Cong Do area. Enjoy a cooking demonstration in restaurant before a savory dinner in the dining room. Relax this evening; Beauty Spa services, drink service available or night time fishing. Overnight on board.

Feb. 24, 2018: HALONG BAY / HANOI / HUE, VIETNAM [B/L/D] Start the day with Tai Chi session on deck and coffee with assorted homemade pastries. After breakfast, explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave. Enjoy a buffet brunch before disembarking and returning to Hanoi. Take a short flight to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, set on the banks of the Perfume River. This used to be the capital of Vietnam from 1802 – 1945 under Nguyen Dynasty. Check into your hotel and have dinner at a nearby restaurant. Note: dinner will be at the restaurant in the airport.

Feb. 25, 2018: HUE - DA NANG - HOI AN, VIETNAM [B/L/D] Today explore Hue and discover Vietnam’s royal past, including the boat trip on Pefume River, Thien Mu pagoda and Forbidden City, Imperial Citadel. Travel south along the scenic coastline to Hoian. Visit the Cham Museum with many relics of Cham culture, one of the most powerful country in the area from 07th – 10th century and Marble Mountain, as well as the famous coastline known as “Non Nuoc Beach”. Continue to the delightful city of Hoi An with its ancient houses, lantern-lit streets and 400 year old Japanese covered bridge. Enjoy time to stroll the charming streets of Hoian, lined with tailor shops and craft stores or perhaps visit the nearby beach to enjoy the warm ocean waters.

Feb. 26, 2018: HOI AN, VIETNAM [B/L] Start the day with an early morning visit to the market and visit a nearby village to meet local farmers and learn about vegetable cultivation and production in Tra Que village. Later return to Hoi An where you have the rest of the day free - perhaps take a countryside cycle tour, spend time at the beach or try out your bargaining skills in the local stores!

Feb. 27, 2018: HOI AN - DA LAT, VIETNAM [B/D] This morning depart Hoi An and fly the scenic Da Lat region in the South Central Highlands. Da Lat is the most productive agricultural area in Vietnam and a large variety of crops are grown here including rice, coffee, vegetables, flowers, tea and fruit. Visits will be made to several farms typical of the region during your stay such as flower and vegetable farms.

Feb. 28, 2018: DA LAT, VIETNAM [B/L] You spend the morning visiting rural enterprises and taking in the panoramic mountain scen-ery. You will visit a village and learn about local crafts including silk making. Later visit a cricket farm – a source of protein for some Vietnamese! Enjoy the evening at leisure.

March 01, 2018: DA LAT - HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM [B/L/D] This morning transfer to the airport and fly to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon), Vietnam’s largest city. On arrival you tour this famous city seeing sights such as the former Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office and Ben Thanh Market.

March 02, 2018: HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM [B/L/D] Today, visit the incredible Cu Chi tunnel network built by the Vietnamese resistance during the struggle for independence.

March 03, 2018: SAIGON - MEKONG RIVER - CAN THO, VIETNAM [B/D] Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet for your morning drive to the town of My Tho in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, embark on the motor boat for a cruise on the Mekong, stopping first at the island. Visit the village with coconut candy workshop, bee farms, tropical fruit gardens. Enjoy the rowing boat ride through small channels in the island under the shade of water coconut trees. Lunch with the famous fried Elephant Fish. Continue the drive to Can Tho – The biggest city in the Mekong delta river. Check in the hotel. Dinner in the hotel.

March 04, 2018: MEKONG RIVER - CHAU DOC, VIETNAM [B/L/D] Take the boat to explore the colourful and bustling floating market at Cai Rang. Have breakfast on the boat. Visit the floating market, the noodle workshop and the village. After checking out of hotel, drive to the town of Chau Doc where you will check-in to your hotel before a leisurely boat cruise on the Mekong to visit a fish farm and the Cham Village.

March 05, 2018: CHAU DOC, VIETNAM - PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA [B/L/D] After breakfast, board the speedboat to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As you cross the border, visa-on-arrival and customs formalities will be completed. Your guide and the speedboat staff will assist the group. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, meet and transfer to your hotel. Later, enjoy a half-day tour of the city’s most impressive sites. Gain insight into Cambodia's cultural heritage with a visit to the Royal Palace, still the official residence of King Norodom Sihamoni, and the adjacent Silver Pagoda, also known as the Pagoda of the Emerald Buddha. See the elegant National Museum, which contains a comprehensive collection of Khmer Art, and visit historic Wat Phnom, the city’s oldest shrine.

March 06, 2018: PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA [B/L/D] Today visit the “Killing Fields”. After lunch, a tour of farming activity in the same region before returning to hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

March 07, 2018: PHNOM PENH - SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA [B/L/D] Transfer to the airport for your Morning flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, meet and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Visit Tonle Sap Great Lake cruise and village. Visit Old market. Dinner at local restaurant. The evening is at your leisure.

March 08, 2018: SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA [B/L/D] You will leave the hotel before sunrise and head to Angkor Wat where you can admire the majestic sunrise over the ancient temple. A fitting first glimpse of such a remarkable monument. Return to the hotel to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. After breakfast, begin your tour of the Angkor archaeological park. The fortified city of Angkor Thom covers an area of 10 square km, enclosed by a wall and wide moats; the city includes many of Angkor's most popular sights. Enter by the monumental South Gate over a causeway lined on either side by statues of demons and gods, each carrying a giant naga. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper Kings, former spaces for public ceremonies. Visit the Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, and Phimeanakas before continuing to the mysterious Bayon Temple, one of the most popular and compelling in Angkor. End this magnificent day enjoying a Farewell Dinner in hotel.

March 09, 2018: SIEM REAP - END OF TOUR [B/IFM] Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and at the appointed time, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to North America and home.
