Celebrate Heart Month with Forever
ENGLISHVERSION
“I hope each of you wake up in the morning loving what you do and
understand that you have been given the unique ability to positively impact the
lives of others”
MAGAZINE Nº 59 | EDITORIAL REX > P. 2
Love what you doWhat would you say if I told you that I haven’t worked in a long time? Of course, I’ve spent time at the office working on new policies and improvements to our business and traveled all over the world to meet you. But I haven’t worked. The truth of the matter is, if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.
Apple founder Steve Jobs had the right idea about work, life and the ability to make a difference: “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
Truly loving what you do is a verb. It’s a doing thing. It’s hard, if not impossible, to love impassively. Roll up your sleeves. Put your shoulder to the wheel and engage. You’ll find that loving what you do comes naturally. There will be obstacles to overcome, but that’s what life is all about – growing stronger. I hope each of you wake up in the morning loving what you do and understand that you have been given the unique ability to positively impact the lives of others.
I hope you Smile. And if you’re not smiling, or others around you aren’t smiling, ask yourself what you can do to change it.
Love what you do. Cherish and be passionate about the people that support you along the way and discover that work suddenly starts feeling more like purpose
Forever Yours,
Rex Maughan CEO
MAGAZINE Nº 59 | EDITORIAL JOAQUÍN GARCÍA > P. 3
The year has come to a close with a significant increase in sales in Spain and Portugal. +17% in Spain and +13% overall between the two countries. It is an encouraging milestone that fills us with pride considering that we have achieved what we set out to do nearly three years ago: to grow and do so in a sustainable fashion.
At this stage it would be easy to become complacent when taking on 2016, to burst with pride and believe that what we have achieved is outstanding. To expect praise from others for our efforts and revel in the moment for as long as possible.
Instead, the challenging road to go down is understanding that we have just embarked on the journey, that we still have many stops to make, that we need everyone in Spain and in Portugal to be aware of opportunities to be made with Forever.
And this is our chosen path; we have enjoyed our success but it is now time to start all over again, to question everything that we do, even though it works, to focus on new ideas, to explore unchartered territory, to create unique synergies, etc.
The time has come to think big, to strive for what seems impossible, to visualise true success, to go far, to reach 10,000 points (cc) each month, and so forth.
To achieve the Chairman’s Bonus, a historical milestone at the tip of our fingers, would be exhilarating. However, we must focus on being true major players, on becoming the benchmark and inspiration of others, on feeling truly proud of being a part of the crème de la crème.
The journey is only for the brave, for leaders who wish to take on extraordinary management that is inspiring for others who follow in their triumphant footsteps. If you want to be one of the chosen ones and reach for the stars, join the #journeyto10000cc

São Miguel, also known as the “the green island”, is the main island of the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores where the green stretch of forests and meadows dotted with hydrangeas juxtaposes with its cosmopolitan life. The cobbled streets are populated by magnificent historic buildings, churches and convents, alongside modern restaurants, hotels and sports marinas.
Nature is the pivotal attribute of this undiscovered paradise in the middle of the Atlantic. Blue and green lagoons, waterfalls, geysers and craters, white sandy beaches, exotic trees and plant species including tea, pineapple and passion fruit, make São Miguel Island a unique and unforgettable place.

HERE ARE SOME OTHER TIPS FROM AIDAN’S TRAINING IN MADRID TO INCREASE YOUR SALES.According to sales statistics only 50% of new people are placing a second order. This means that half of the people who signs-up only place their first order and we don’t see them again.
With only some carefully planned work, you could change that from 50% to 75% re-ordering.
What do you need to do? - Focus more on RetentionTry to convince retail customers, novus customers and those of your team who only ordered once, to place a second purchase, this will start to drive them in the right direction.
Start doing a follow up with every order:1. Call your new people a couple of days after receiving their first order to ask them if the products are
working well and if they have any questions.2. Call them again a week or two later to softly enquire about a re-order as their gel should be running
out at this time. Encourage them stay engaged with the products.3. Follow up, keep in contact, ask questions, offer advice and help, be friends and smile with your people!
Remember that focusing some effort on retention can make a huge difference to your business. Of course continue doing recruitment as you need new people coming into your teams, but you can do this whilst being a little smarter on Retaining people.
