Files in itamlink Docs are fully searchable and sortable and files currently hosted on an external application can be linked to as well. Doc-uments can also be extracted quickly from itamlink to attach to emails or for internal use.

Extracted data is automatically populated in itamlink across various data modules and fields, placing it in the right place and validating the extracted information. Electronic versions of these documents are also uploaded seamlessly to itamlink Docs

Web Based Platform:

Only an internet connection, user name and password are required to access itamlink. Work from anywhere with an internet connection, on any major browser.

Search Bar & Advanced Search Options:

Our search bar provides users with quick and easy access to property and parcel records in the system based on multiple search criteria. Alternatively, users may search for properties based on maps or other regional specifications.

Role Level & Fine Grained Access Rights:

Restrict user access to specific sections of the portfolio (such as specific properties and regions), as well as restricting access to different features of itamlink. Choose between read and write access. Allow multiple users to access the same data set simultaneously.

Exports to Excel, PDF, HTML and CSV:

View all reports in Excel, PDF, HTML and CSV formats. Quickly export all data in itamlink to Excel or CSV if desired. Export documents uploaded to the system to attach to emails or for internal use.
