DETAILS OF GUIDELINES

1. The congress proper shall be held ULS Based ( November 21 , 2011 )

2. For those delegates ( Region 02 and Non Region 02 ) who wish to be attending the PRE CONGRESS ACTIVITIES, please do make necessary arrangement on or before November 15, 2011 thru email : [email protected] or CP : 09279962060 ( Vizcarra ). RE : FCVRPSC ( State the School ) DELEGATION. Refer to the Confirmation Form ( FORM 2 )

3. Regional ( R-02 )Schools of MT/MLS participating are : Cagayan State University ( CSU ) Purisimo L. Thiam Collge ( PLT ) St. Paul University of the Philippines Tuguegarao City ( SPUP ) and University of La Salette ( ULS ). Guest Delegates will be coming from Non Region 02 PHISMETS / PASMETH School Members

4. This congress will be manned by various Committee In Charge for Management Supervision and Delegation which shall be directly monitored by a Faculty In Charge

5. The Congress Registration Fee amounting into for the November 21, 2011 ( PhP 500.00 ) shall be charged in cash per delegate ( see Registration Packages/ Inclusions )

6. Each of the regional school participating must have their official faculty chaperon/s . Regional School Delegates must have their entries in various area of “ extra – Action Co Curricular Competitions ( See Guidelines RE : FCVRPSC EXTRA – Action Mechanics ). Accomplish FORM 3 at the Registration Desk on November 21, 2011

7. Members of the PHISMETS other school chapters , PHISMETS National Board and PASMETH Board of Directors shall be welcomed and accommodated

Region 02 School delegates and Guest Delegates must confirm the actual number of the school delegation on or before November 15, 2011 to determine the actual number and names of participants/delegates thru email : [email protected] or CP : 09279962060 ( Vizcarra ) RE : FCVRPSC ( State the School ) DELEGATION. 9. Each of Delegate/Participant must be accorded with congress rules of conduct and should observe house ruling of the venues.

“ Creativity & Innovation “ Micro Computer Generated Poster Design MECHNICS :

1. Each participating school in Region 02 must have one official entry2. School Entry shall be composed of Trio ( Homogeneous or Heterogeneous by gender

Trio Combination ) students3. Participating student/s as school entry must be officially registered during the congress.4. School entry must provide their one ( laptop ) with pre program installed ADOBE 5. Time frame allocated for the designing concept is two hours.6. Guest delegate shall be providing the uploaded collection of pictures/photos and

graphics7. Output shall be projected into the LCD with a simple narrative presentation of the

Computer Generated Design Concept to be made by one among the trio school entry 8. Final Decision of the judges shall be a valid result and should not be contested

Who Wants to be a Laboratory Scientist ( WWTBLS )MECHNICS :

1. Each participating school in Region 02 must have one official entry2. School Entry shall be composed of Trio ( One player, One Coach and One Friend )

Homogeneous or Heterogeneous by gender Trio Combination of students3. Guest delegate shall be preparing questionnaires exactly extracted from lectures and

presentations by the speakers during the Congress Sessions.4. The game master shall facilitate and overseer the flow of the WWTBLS Game

Mechanics5. Highest Scorer shall be declared winner. In the event of Tie, a tie breaking question shall

be drawn.

Search for Mr and Ms. PHISMET Regional Personality 2011MECHNICS :

1. Each participating school in Region 02 must have one official entry2. School entries shall be composed of one (1) male and one (1) female coming from any

year level of the BSMT/BMLS. And Must be Physical available in the Morning to the Afternoon during the congress

3. School entries must have the no falling grade in the major and professional MT/MLS subjects; with no previous and existing school records in the student affairs office

4. For Search Exposure One ( In Career White uniform ) Search Exposure Three ( In Formal Attire ) and Search Exposure two ( In White Laboratory Gown ) the participants must provide his/her own attire.

5. For Search Exposure two ( White Triangular Bandages ) the organizer shall be providing these apparels.

6. School entry is not allowed to bring professional and amateur make up artist . Two student ( 2 ) Handlers for this purpose must be a MT/MLS student in their respective school inclined in make up and search competitions. One (1) Faculty handler shall be made available at the back stage during competition

7. Special awards shall be cited in this cited 8. Final Decision of the judges shall be a valid result and should not be contested
