AGMS – ADJUSTABLE GROUND
MOBILITY SYSTEM
BEACH LANDINGS MADE EASY
AGMS is a specially designed deployment, transportation and
storage device or both MLC 30 and MLC 70 TRACKWAY. AGMS
lays and recovers temporary roadways o both MLC 30 and MLC
70 variants, using the same adjustable dispenser mounted on a
Medium Wheeled Tractor (MWT).
TRACKWAY is rapidly deployed rom AGMS using minimal
manpower. AGMS is widely used in beach landing operations
where varying grades o TRACKWAY are required to
accommodate a wide variety o vehicle weights.
AGMS can be loaded with SPOOLs o MLC 70 TRACKWAY
(width 4.5m) or MLC 30 TRACKWAY (width 3.3m). The unique
adjustable system allows both types to be deployed using the
same dispenser.
AGMS is the ideal solution or:
Operations that require both MLC 30 and MLC 70 roadways to
be deployed.
Rapid access and egress o heavy, medium and li ghtweight
vehicles.
Situation: Vehicles, personnel and equipment need to be
unloaded rom a military vessel.
Problem: The sand on the beach is wet and boggy which
causes vehicles to become stuck.
Solution: AGMS, axed to a medium wheeled tractor,
is used to rapidly deploy MLC 30 or MLC 70 TRACKWAY
as required. The TRACKWAY is laid rom the beach to
the nearest permanent roadway – this entire operation
is conducted in less than 10 minutes by only two trained
individuals. TRACKWAY naturally sinks into the water to ai d
a straightorward beach deployment.
AGMS is a very versatile and great value deployment system or users with requirements or both heavy and light TRACKWAY.

VRM is a kit o two aluminium mats that are laid by
hand to assist in the recovery o vehicles.
VRM is deployed rapidly and is reusable.
Situation: A vehicle becomes bogged in the
snow, sand or mud.
Problem: Other vehicles in the convoy are
held up by the bogged down vehicle.
Solution: VRM kits are unpacked and are
assembled next to the ront tyres o the
bogged down vehicle. Slight acceleration
is applied to allow the tyres to make ull
contact with the VRM non-slip surace. The
vehicle gains traction and the VRM are then
recovered by hand and packed away.
VRM is the ideal solution or:
Rapid mobilisation o vehicles bogged down in
sand, mud, ice, snow or swamp.
Humanitarian and disaster relie operations.
Operations where equipment must be kept
minimal and a ull TRACKWAY system cannot be
used.
VRM utilises TRACKWAY technology – the mats
are rated to MLC 70 and MLC 30, and are capable
o withstanding heavy and awkward loads. VRM
is reusable, packaged in kit orm, and is 100%
recyclable.
