According to the article Too Much Coffee: How to Break the Habit, too much coffee causesmany health problems like anxiety, sleep disorders, and mood disorders. The author, Jane Austen,reports that there are two steps to stop drinking too much coffee. First, she says you can keep drinkingcoffee but slowly cut down on how much. Second, she suggests green tea instead of coffee because it ishealthier. Lastly, she advises that you should not stop drinking coffee suddenly. Some people getheadaches, but there are others who can quit drinking coffee without any problems.
