Dear AIESECer,

Thank you for taking interest to apply for facilitator of MOSEM 2015.

Macedonian Open Seminar for Education and Motivation is an annual

conference created in order to provide development on all stages for the

membership of AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia. Here we strive to make

the first steps of offering a qualitative experience for all members align with the

national goals and plans. Through these exciting 4 days, new members are

given the opportunity to strengthen their AIESEC knowledge and get to know

the organization on deeper level and also to explore the endless pool of

possibilities that lies in front of them, old members have the chance to further

expand their view for AIESEC as an organization and to canalize their potential

towards the leadership opportunities that are offered through the medium of

AIESEC, and the Executive Boards will be updated regarding the global

initiatives and plans, get to know the flow of activities within the global network,

and will be provided with the tools for their effective work in alignment with the

national MoSs. MOSEM is a conference of great importance for AIESEC in the

Republic of Macedonia as a first stepping stone to the achievement of our

national goals, and with that to have our fair contribution towards achieving

AIESEC 2020.

Oldies ( members who are more than half a year in the

organization, Team Leaders, OCPs and Coordinators)

EBs (current Vice Presidents of each Committee)

LCPs/SUPs (current Presidents of each

Committee/Specialized Unite)

Facilitator Profile: Excellent English, Facilitating Experience, Perfect

Presentation Skills, Flexible, Active Learner, Creative,

Energy to perform on four days conference

Facilitators

Responsibilities:

Work on sessions virtually with the Agenda Manager and

the other facilitators, Create session outlines for the

allocated sessions, Create materials for the sessions (PPTs,

flipcharts, videos, games …etc.), respect DDL

o DDL for applying is 14.09.2015, 23:59 GMT+2

o Skype Interviews: 15th of September

o Results Announcement: 16th of September

o Pre-meeting: 7th of October

o Post-meeting: 11th of October

Conference fee,

Transportation from MC Office to the conference venue and back,

Accommodation during the pre-meeting and post-meeting
