APPLICATION

Smoke and hot gazes extraction in case of fire. Extraction of vitiated air from commercial and industrial buildings. Professional kitchen pollutants extraction. Installation indoors or on a terrace.

RANGE

2 types of wheel, 11 sizes from 200 to 710 mm. Horizontal or vertical discharge. KDTA F400 forward curved impeller : reduced overall size, high air-

flow power. - Comfort : 1 000 to 50 000 m3/h. - Smoke extraction : 1 000 to 70 000 m3/h. - Pressure : 120 to 1 500 Pa.

KDTA F400 backward curved impeller : medium pressure, airflow stability, insensitive to clogging - Comfort : 500 to 40 000 m3/h. - Smoke extraction : 1 000 to 55 000 m3/h. - Pressure : 240 to 3 000 Pa.

DESCRIPTION

Construction

Mono bloc unit made from galvanised steel plates ; fully demountable. Removable lateral panels on both sides for ease of access. KDTA dynamically balanced galvanised steel double inlet forward

curved fan. KDTR dynamically balanced galvanised and coated steel double inlet

backward curved fan. Motor turbine mounted on very thick folded longitudinal frame. Connection by suction and discharge rectangular flat flanges. Suction and discharge in line (horizontal) or discharge on the top

(vertical). Two crosswise omegas which guarantee the stiffness of the unit and

allow slings to pass through for lifting.

Transmission

Motor and transmission ensemble mounted inside the unit. Driven by v-belts and pulleys with 1 to 5 grooves (according to the

motor's power). Left hand standard motor access (in air direction), right hand upon

request.
