1. Confirm of the body sketch, 3D sketch

2. Prepare with dimensions for the car body, in terms of the Top, Front and Side views.

3. Decide on the colour and design of the car body (example, stickers, colour, graphic, team’s name etc..)

4. Divide the car body into sections and decide which member to make which part of the car body.

1. Students not allowed to fiddle with the equipment and tools for fear of inflicting injury

2. No spraying of paint at any other place other than designated area

3. Do not play around and tease your fellow students in the workshop

4. Do not cut and play with the foam other than your own design for the F1 car body

5. Do not eat and drink in the workshop.

Note: If student misbehave, he/she will be asked to leave the workshop and will not get any marks.

1. Cut out the general shapes by individual components (generally 3 to 6 components). Team leader will need to check out the dimensions, components and contours.

2. Filing, Shaping, Sand Paper down to more precise shape.

Sanding – Refining – Filling with putty – refine – primer – (repeat process until final prime coat).

3. Colouring, stickers, ink, graphics and team’s name
