Price Board Notification No. 1131 of November, 1948 (concerning the designation of the
controlled selling prices of shampoo) shall be abolished, and as regards shampoo, of Price
Agency Notification*No. 921 of November, 1949 (concerning the designation of the controlled
sellingprices of oil and fat products), the paragraph of (8) of 2 Sales terms and others under
the list of 5 Controlled selling prices of soap, etc. shall not be applied.

The controlledselling price per ton of the ore with the purity above 51% and less than29% of sulphur contained,shallbe decided by multiplying the following amount per 1% ofthe purity. However, the fractionsless than one yen resultedfrom the calculationshallbeomitted:

II. Sales terms, etc.:
(1) In case there are fractions less than 1% of the purity of sulphur contained, fractions
of 0.5% and over being counted as a unit, disregarding the rest at the second decimal
point.
(2) The controlled price of ore of challopyrite shall be decided by the following calculation,
fractions mere than 0.5% of the purity of copper being counted as a unit and disregarding
the rest at the firstdecimal point:

(3) In case lump ore of unscreened ore smashed to powder screened with the sieve of less

added to the controlled price, per ton of ore, as the smashing- charge.
(4) This controlled prices shall be those of free on board cars at the station nearest to the
factories or warehouses of buyers, or ex ship at the nearest port or .ex ship at the
nearest quay.
(5) With regard to the iron components in the pyrites, thg equivalent amounts may exclusive-
ly be received when the approval of Director of Price Agency is given.
(6) The abovementioned controlled prices for 30% or over-of sulphur contents among the
controlled prices abovecited shall exclusively apply to the ore bought back from the Price

Adjustment Public Corporation, and sellingprice of the ore not bought back from the said
Corporation shall be 50% less than any of the abovementioned controlled prices.
(7) The buying price as well as the buying-back price of the Price Adjustment Public Cor-
poration shall be fixed otherwise by the Director of Price Agency.

(4) In case the shrinking, raising, " shearing ", " smooth " finishing or tentering finish, etc.
were carried out concurrently to the scouring, refined bleaching or to dyeing finish, the pro-
cessing charges concerned may be added to the processing charges for scouring, refined ^
bleaching or dyeing.
(5) In case " smooth" finishing is done repeatedly more than two times, \343.10 shall be
added to the piocessing charges concerned for every increase of once processing.
(6) The tentering processing charges in this list shall be those of 54 inches wide, and 5 per
cent of the processing charges of this list shall be added for every increase 5 inches wide
or the fraction thereof, and also 3 per cent of the processing charges shall be deducted for
every decrease 5 inches wide or the fraction thereof.
(7) The processing charges mentioned in this list shall not include charges for wrapping and
packing materials as well as transportation rates.

2. The controlled processing charge per one cut piece of 1.5 yards shall be figured out by that
the processing chafge of the original one tan is computed based on the controlled amount
of the above table, then it is divided by the number of out pieces, and an amount thus ob-
tained is added with \0.66 which is the incidental processing charge..
3. The controlled amounts of processing charges for fabrics less than 20 inches wide of cloth
shall be those of an equivalent amount of 65% of the controlled prices in case of which the
weights converted into 50 yards of cloth length are equivalent to the weight shown in the
preceding list (the converting weights shall be made out in lb. unit, counting fractions over
5 as one unit but disregarding the rest).
4. The controlled processing charge of the above table shall include the domestic style packing
charge in the case of ordinary make-up (yarn holding), but not the carriage, freight and fire
insurance premium.
5. The controlled amount of the incidental processing charge of fabric, which is over 16 lbs.
in*weight converted into the gray fabric 50 yards long, shall be figured out by adding the
undermentioned amount to the controlled incidental processing charge of the above table:

1. The controlled processing charge of fabrics not coming under the specificationsshown in
the above table shall be amount figured out by the weight proportion, based on the controlled
processing charge of fabric which most closelyresembles the specification shown in the above
table (5 and higher fraction than the seh unit shall be made as one sen, disregarding the
rest).
2. The controlled charge of dip-dyeing alone, without the water-proofing process, shall be
amount got by deducting the controlled charge of gray water-proofing from the controlled
charge of sulphur color dyeing-water-proofing, Vat-color-water-proofing or Sulphur-vat dyeing-
water-proofing.
