Our Engineering Team will visit in the near future to re-brand the tank and perform the required safetychecks. If access is restricted, please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time to visit.

• Your supply contract will be sent to you separately by DocuSign.It is important that this is completed; otherwise the negotiated terms will not be honoured, and will exclude the tank from our public liability insurance cover until the competed agreement has been received by our office.

About your tankAlthough your tank is a simple pressure vessel, there are certain features weneed to explain about your LPG vessel.

The contents guage is one of the most important items on the tank. We do notwish you to run out of gas and should you do so we will arrange a fill as soon aswe possibly can. However, if you do allow the tank to run out and require an urgent delivery there would be a charge.

Emergency proceduresIf under any circumstances you smell gas or spot a leak we suggest the following procedure:

•Turn off all appliances

• Do not smoke or use any naked flame and electrical equipment nearby

• Go to the emergency shutoff valve and turn off (see picture A)

•Turn isolation valve off on tank (see picture B or C)

• Call the emergency telephone number (located at the emergency shut off valve)

• If there is a leak/smell of gas inside the premises open doors and windows to ventilate

Direct Debit VariableVariable direct debit is for the full value of the invoice(s) to be taken on thte 15th of the month following theinvoice being raised.

EXAMPLE: Any gas delivered in January would be debited from your account on February 15th

Direct Debit FixedIf you would prefer to spread the cost of your annual bill over the year then we can arrange a specifiedamount to be taken each month from your account. We estimate your annual usage and tailor payments tosuit. For this method the work initial invoice(s) must be paid in full.

EXAMPLE: If you use £1200 of gas per year, plus your annual rental of £63 (if you had an Above Groundtank) that equals £1263 ÷12 months = £105.25 per month.
