o No decision has been made as to which group of g preports will go next or in what timeframe

What Is The Credentialing Process?o Reporting Central will use physical tokens instead of
Logon IDs and Passwordso Prior to issuing physical tokens, reporting entities

o EUAC – End User Authorization Controlo SRF- Subscriber Request Form
o Once the tokens are issued, reports series security must be completed

o Depository institutions

Depository Institutions
Each institution will need to designate an OAL Complete a Board Resolution formComplete a Board Resolution form
o An OAL is the individual/s authorized to transact business and to issue instructions on behalf of an organization.
o The OAL form must also be signed by the company’s secretary, notarized and mailed.
o The OAL should appoint at least two EUACs.

End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs)o The EUAC transacts business and give instructions to Federal
Reserve Bank staff on behalf of your organization
o As trust anchors for your organization, EUACs have the authority to grant access and credential authorized individuals (Subscribers) within your organization enabling them to(Subscribers) within your organization enabling them to transact business via the FedLine Web access solution

As an EUAC for your organization, it is your responsibility to complete and submit the Federal Reserve Bank Externalto complete and submit the Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form for Reporting Central Services for each individual who will need access to the new Reporting Central applicationneed access to the new Reporting Central application.

Subscriberso Subscribers are individuals who submit the reports on behalf of their p
organizationso EUACs complete a Subscriber Access Request Form for EACH subscribero The EUAC must indicate which reports each subscriber will need access
o The CCC sends a FedLine security token for each Subscriber to the EUAC listed on the Subscriber Request Form.
o Change your password within 30 days of receiving your token and it will not need to be changed againnot need to be changed again
