Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade for Fire Station 1 and the Operations Centre

The Town of Okotoks is accepting quotes for the replacement of existing Exterior Lighting with high efficient LED lights. Please note this is supply only. Each quote will be evaluated based on the specifications listed below, price and best application. The Town also reserves the right to accept or reject any submission and vendors must clearly demonstrate that their product has the capacity to provide the best use for the application. It is required that the vendor complete a site inspection to clearly understand the scope of work, prior to the submission of the RFQ. Product Specifications:

Easy clip connectors to the driver Housing to be die formed aluminum with a powder coat finish Optical chamber, IP66 rating to prevent dust or moisture Minimum 50,000 hours rated life Minimum CRI of 70 and 100% free of mercury and lead Night Sky compliant Warranty of a minimum of 5 years All cables or mounting hardware to be included The lighting photometric to be included Color Temperature must be 5000k Must be CSA, CUL or equivalent

Site Requirements: Operations Centre and Parks Shop = 11 fixtures to be replaced Fire Station 1 = 8 Truck Bay Lights 2 Parking Lot Lights 6 Wall Packs 2 Ambulance Bay Fixtures 2 Patio Fixtures 4 Emergency Generator fixtures on the trailer Qualifications: Vendors must be able to clearly demonstrate that they have the capacity to supply the product. The Town will select a qualified proponent based on the responses to the Request for Quotation. The

agreement will be awarded to the company judged to provide the best value for the Town, based on the information provided. Interested suppliers are required to submit prices marked 2015 LED Upgrade, Town of Okotoks, 1112 North Railway Street by 12:00 Noon, May 15, 2015.
