Construction of Park & Ride sites continues – first section of track laid in November

Line One –Depot being expanded and stabling increased

Around 550 people are currently employed

Land 1200 plots of land will have been taken
by end of January - 98% of those required
Land taken using temporary powers – permanent acquisition over next 12 months
Negotiations on land values continues - 90 claims received so far
Ongoing and intense dialogue with land and property owners - proactive in encouraging those affected to claim compensation
Key stakeholders - QMC and University of Nottingham temporary loss of parking. Replacement off-site parking provided
