INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream with Caramel 1/2 oz crème de cacao 1 oz caramel syrup 1 oz cream 1/2 tablespoon Hershey’s chocolate syrup, plus extra for rim METHOD Drizzle chocolate syrup around inside rim of glass. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chocolate syrup is completely incorporated. Strain into glass

BRUNCH SIGNATURE COCKTAIL It's easy, spectacular and as colorful as Easter. Give it a try! INGREDIENTS ¼ c lemon juice ⅓ c simple syrup 1 bottle of Peach champagne of your choice blueberries, apples, strawberries METHOD Combine all the ingredients and serve chilled!

MOJITO BY THE PITCHER MOJITOS This refreshing Cuban drink is simple and hard to stop drinking. INGREDIENTS 5 oz Lemon Lime Sparkling ICE 1 ½ oz White rum 6 Mint leaves lightly muddled 10 limes, fresh pulp and juice METHOD Place lime juice, mint and sugar into a pitcher. Using a muddle stick mash to release mint oils, and dissolve sugar into juice. Add rum and lots of ice topped with club soda. Adding more club soda to glasses if a lighter drink is desired. Garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.

CRANBERRY RED WINE PUNCH WITH APPLES & STRAWBERRIES Refresh your spring days with this perfectly juicy and flavorful drink! INGREDIENTS 2 medium to large honeycrisp apples, sliced or chopped 2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 bottle fruity red wine 1 cup Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice 1 cup of diet 7up or club soda fresh basil leaves to garnish, if desired METHOD Place fruit in large punch bowl, or large pitcher.
