An Exposition on Individuals Personal Freedoms The context and determination of Personal Freedoms is hu-man rights, not the other way around. Human beings were created with three basic rights; which gives operational struc-ture to human behavior. These rights have been so embed-ded in our design that they constitute our very humanity. In order to operate according these rights we were also created with eight specific Personal Freedoms without which the ex-ercise and enjoyment of our basic rights would not be possi-ble. The following is a listing of our basic rights and freedoms in that particular order. The three basic Rights of Man: 1. The Right of Religious Liberty, 2. The Right to life, and 3. The Right to Private Property. Our eight Personal Freedoms: 1. Freedom of Thought, 2. Freedom of Belief, 3. Freedom of Conscience, 4. Freedom of Choice, 5. Freedom of Opinion, 6. Freedom of Speech, 7. Freedom of Expression and 8. Freedom of Movement. A definition is herein needful for clarification before moving on. Definition: Personal Freedoms are created abilities of mental and dynamic functions of human beings. These free-doms are very different from a societal state of affairs that is created as a result of legislation that supports a free society. Of the aforementioned eight freedoms—the first five con-stitute our core freedoms since their integrated functions make us intelligent beings with great flexibility of personality and behavior; given that this is the center to receive commu-nications and influence from God to win allegiance and wor-ship from us. Thus the first five Personal Freedoms are clas-

sified as Private Domain Freedoms. They give to us certain critical individual functions i.e. (1) Self Determination, (2) Sovereignty over one self, and (3) Personal Independ-ence. These attributes are responsible for our unique person-ality as human beings. Private Domain Freedoms are and must be off-limits to government legislation and rule; less individuals become subjects or slaves of the state. Our core freedoms are identified as Private Domain Freedoms since they are limited to being exercised in the privacy of the mind which makes them mental freedoms. The last three of our Personal Freedoms are classified as Public Domain Free-doms since their exercise occur within the sphere of public interactions between peoples. Pursuit Freedoms Personal Freedoms are in effect pursuit freedoms since they equip us with functions to pursue the vast variety of ways our basic rights can be exercised and enjoyed. They give us flexi-bility of mind to pursue all types of research both religious and scientific in the interest of maintaining the exercise and enjoyment of our said basic rights. The effects of such pur-suits are manifested in all forms of developments both reli-gious and non-religious which occurs at different levels. The Levels of Occurrence of Pursuit Developments 1. CONCEPT: Doctrines, religion, law, philosophies, tech-

nologies, sciences, models, standards, systems, ap-proaches, etc.

2. INDIVIDUAL: Personality traits, characters, intellectual and social individual cultures, behaviors, etc.

3. INSTITUTIONAL: Types of organizations relevant to the advancement of ideas, concepts, systems, technologies, strategies, etc. be it religious, scientific, political, corporate or otherwise, and

4. NATIONAL: The ultimate effect of widespread develop-ments occurring at all levels across the board of the coun-try result in the acquisition of developed nation status as it was in the case of United States of America.
