A full day of thrills and entertainment await you today at Warner Brothers Movie World. Rides and rollers coasters include Arkham Asylum, Green Lantern, Superman Escape, Batwing Spaceshot, Justice League 3D to name a few. Shows include Hollywood Stunt Driver 2, HSD2 Experience, Rio 4D experience and the Main Street Entertainment. A park map and show schedule will be given to you as you enter. Head back to your apartment accommodation at the end of the day. Amazing Australian wildlife, you can cuddle a koala; feed a friendly kangaroo, experience the wild lorikeet feeding, free-flight bird show and Australiana sheep shearing. Be sure to see Boss Hogg, the 800kg saltwater crocodile. With you morning there, you will have time to watch the Pelican & Eel feeding show, Air Asia Free Flight Bird Show and the Australian Sheep Shearing Show.All of these shows are in the morning. Grab some lunch at Currumbin before you head 40 minutes up to Springbrook National Park and visit Natures Bridge. After spending some time in Springbrook, you will head 45 minutes over to Mt Tamborine. Located in the peaceful and picturesque hinterland, Tamborine Mountain is one of Queensland's secret treasures. The Tamborine Mountain, (Mt Tamborine) tropical rainforest, populated with distinctive, brilliantly colourful, exotic birds and many interesting variations of flora and fauna provides a peace and tranquility.Take in one of the great walks in the area, or other outdoor activity options available. Walking tracks are provided in six sections of Tamborine National Park. Most walking tracks are short and can be walked within a few hours. The walks are relatively easy although some tracks have short, steep grades. At usual walking pace, 3km takes about an hour. One of the good walks to do is the Curtis Falls, Joalah section 1.5km return ( Allow 30- 45 minutes) Moderate grade. Joalah is an Aboriginal word meaning haunt of the lyrebird. The loud calls of the male Alberts lyrebird can be heard during winter. The track starts from the Dapsang Drive carpark. It is also possible to start at the shops on Eagle Heights Road, adding an extra 800m return to the walk. Head back to the coast at around 5.00pm which is about a 45 minute drive away. There is no need to have a rental car in Sydney, as it is more of a hindrance than a help.
