OpenScape Office MX features SSDP built right in, making it especially easy to share diagnostic and configuration information with SEN service specialists, dramatically reducing support ticket resolution times.
Automated remote support for the HiPath 3000 is not available, so vendors must work manually with SEN to resolve issues.However, due to the HiPath 3000’s long history and massive installed base, there is a wealth of service expertise both within SEN and the partner community from which partners can draw upon to resolve issues.
