1. Exhibit space is limited, may sell out and is sold on a first-paid basis.

2. Exhibit Hall hours allow time for Conference attendees to visit exhibits of their choice. Refreshments and special events will be offered within the exhibit area.

3. The Exhibit Hall will be located in close proximity to Conference event space and will be easily accessible.

4. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes to support event initiatives and drive attendee engagement.

5. An 8’ x 10’ exhibit booth with back drape, side rails, table, two chairs, wastebasket and sign will be provided.

6. WIFS maintains an environment focused on career development. Exhibitors and sponsors are to limit general communication and materials to professional development versus career opportunity promotion.

7. Exhibit personnel will be provided name badges. Badges serve as identification and access tickets to Conference events. A fee will be incurred to replace lost badges.

8. Exhibitors are eligible for Conference hotel rates and are responsible for securing reservations and arrangements.

9. All charges for travel, guest rooms, shipping, material handling, special services and other expenses incurred by the exhibitor will be payable by the exhibitor directly to the travel vendor, hotel or to the 2020 Exhibitor Services Company, Alliance Exposition Services.

10. A pre-attendee list will be released by September 14, 2020 for one-time attendee follow-up. Use of this list on a recurring basis is prohibited.

11. A post-attendee list will be provided within two weeks of Conference for one-time attendee follow-up. Use of this list on a recurring basis is prohibited.

12. All attendees will have access to the Conference App, which includes an exhibitor and sponsor company description, web address and contact information. Exhibitors must provide this information no later than August 14, 2020 for inclusion.

13. The exhibitor benefit package cost is $1,745 and includes one attendee registration. Up to three additional booth registrations are available at a cost.

14. Arrangements for and fees resulting from exhibitor need for electricity or other technology services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

15. Booth space is assigned by WIFS and will be communicated to exhibitors by September 16, 2020.

16. Exhibitor materials handling services will be provided by Alliance Exposition Services. Expenses are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. All shipments must be processed according to guidelines provided by Alliance. No shipments will be accepted by the JW Marriott.

17. Exhibit-related correspondence, including significant program changes, shipping information, mailing list and related information will be sent to the primary exhibitor contact person only.

18. CANCELLATION REFUND SCHEDULE At this time, we are moving forward with our plans to host the WIFS Conference in Indianapolis in October; however, we realize that the COVID-19 situation may require WIFS to change those plans. Please watch our website for the most current information about changes to the conference.

19. WIFS and the Conference property are not responsible for the safety of the exhibitors, their agents or employees, or their property from theft or damage by fire, accident or other causes.

20. Booth decorations must be flameproof and otherwise in compliance with all hotel requirements.

21. Exhibitors or their agents and employees shall not cause damage to the walls or floors of the building, the booths or any equipment supplied to the booths. If damage occurs, the exhibitor will be held liable.

22. Setup and breakdown hours are provided prior to Conference. The dismantling or breakdown of booth setup prior to the designated time will result in a $500 penalty.

23. All purchased booths and sponsorships apply to the current year only and cannot be transferred to future events or opportunities for any reason.
