The Delaware Academy of Family Physicians Geriatric Medicine Symposium
is right around the corner – on Thursday, September 24 from 8:00am to
11:30am. As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic and develop
alternative methods of delivering continuing medical education, we would
like to invite you to be a part of this all-new completely virtual event by
becoming an exhibitor or sponsor.
We are expecting approximately 200 virtual attendees, including family
physicians, internists, and residents in family medicine and internal medicine
programs. We are offering our attendees, sponsors and exhibitors a robust
virtual presence to provide engaged networking and access to important
information about your current products and services.
On page 4 we have outlined exhibitor opportunities for the Virtual Exhibit Hall
offering various levels of virtual display. The Virtual Exhibit Hall will be hosted
on a DAFP site and accessible to all DAFP members and attendees of the
current conference. The Virtual Exhibit Hall will remain open for three weeks
after the conference. In addition, we offer the opportunity to further extend
your virtual presence to include three additional CME events scheduled
through to January 2021. These events include programs on Rheumatology,
Sports Medicine and Women’s Health.
Please review the opportunities and consider networking with Family
Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians on this new platform. All
communication to our members will include a link to this Virtual Exhibit Hall
and visitors will be incentivized to peruse the site by being entered into a
drawing to receive free registration to the 2021 Annual Scientific Assembly.
