Mr Gutierrez, launched the entity known as ‘OM’ in 2010, due to an overwhelm-ing need to coordinate the efforts of the team as one effective force.

After over a decade of project manage-ment, consulting and completion, it was time to unify all aspects of the operation

thereby streamlining the process, ensur-ing full project control.

Technically the team of ‘OM’ has effec-tively worked side by side in completing multiple projects and consulting agree-ments, leaving numerous clients in better positions eager to work closer with the ‘OM’ Team!

Our main objective is to accomplish tasks through enhanced services, a necessity in today’s marketplace.

Robert GutierrezChief Executive OfficerAfter 6 years of active duty in the US Marine Corp., Robert entered the workforce in 1997, with both a Letter of Recom‐mendation from the Pentagon and a BS Degree in Curriculum Training and Development from Southern Illinois University. His career has developed rapidly. His performance and abilities were utilized in catapulting one of the fastest growing Mortgage Operations in Southern California during an 8 month term 1999‐2000, as noted by the Business Journal Orange County Publication.  

Mr. Gutierrez was then recruited by the executives of Leo National Inc,  in February, 2001  to oversee  the company's Mortgage and Mortgage Brokerage business, eventually earning the position of Chief Operations Officer.  Quickly, Leo National was transformed 

into a Real Estate Devel‐opment and Private In‐vestment Firm taking on Various Horizontal and Vertical Multi‐Mil‐lion Dollar Projects 

Mr. Gutierrez was directly responsible for the acquisition and man‐agement of all aspects of funding, funds management and the fiscal control and responsibility of every project.  

In 2006, After leaving the great state of Arizona and relieving his po‐sition at  Leo National  Inc,   Mr. Gutierrez  returned  to California where he currently owns and operates Opus Mutual llc. 

Mr. Gutierrez is the Proud Father of Two very ambitious young Men 18/15 and is Recently Married, accomplishing his main goal in life ‐ “to be the Best Father and Husband possible”.  Mr. Gutierrez and his family participate, in an Active Capacity at their home Church ‐ Celebration Worship Center.  

Mr. Gutierrez' passion lies on a personal level of Service to those in need, and on a professional level in the rehabilitation and development of both tangible real estate and the community which surrounds it.

Mr. Bezanski has Owned and Operated C&E Construction, a successful General Contracting Company, specializing in residen‐tial home finish remodeling and commercial remodeling.  His Experience in the oversight of numerous subcontractors in‐volved in various projects is not the limit to Mr Bezanskis’ Experience.

Mr. Bezanski also along with with his General Construction B1 License, he is a Certified Mold Inspector, Certified in Mold Abatement, NACHI Certified Home and Commercial Property Inspector.

With Intensive experience in Project Design , Execution & Completion he is a strong asset to the Opus Mutual Team.

Current Clients include and are not limited to:  Local City and County clients, including Riverside Fair Housing Council, Diffin‐baugh Construction, Millers Outpost Clothing, Jaun Pollo, Riverside Med‐ical Ctr, University Of California Science Dept.,Riverside Medical Sports Ctr,  Myers Construction, and Ryland Homes.
