With reference to above said matter, In-Principal approval has been granted vide letter

reference (ii) above against diversion of 1.989 ha. Of Protected Forest, Demand Note towards Net

Present Value (NPV) has been received from your good office vide letter reference (iii) above.

Please find below point-wise compliance of conditions In-Principle approval for your ready reference

and needful action for issuing formal permission:

j A. The State Government shall charge the Net Present Value Online NPV Amount

this proposal from the User Agency as per the orders of the area to be

B. Additiona l amount of the NPV of the diverted forest Agreed

by the Hon 'ble Supreme Court of India on receipt of the

report from the Expert Committee, shall be charged by

the State Government from the User Agency. The User

Agency shall furnish an undertaking to this effect.

provisions of the Environmental (Protection) Act, 1986, if

applicable.

User agency shall raise strip plantation on both sides and

central verge of the road as per the IRC norms.

accordance to Eco friendly measures to mitigate impacts of

linear infrastructure on wildlife (2016) and as approved by

applicable.

The trees with bird nest, reptiles and habitat of wildl ife was I Agreed
